Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, knives, and other culinary tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations following food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors and toppings based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Manage high-volume production during peak hours while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Follow food handling protocols to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination across all food items.
- Support the team in food production for catering events or special menu offerings, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Skills
- Experience in hand stretching pizza dough.
