Key Responsibilities & Experience
- Lead and mentor crews in the safe, high-quality installation of industrial electrical systems.
- Read prints, plan daily work, and ensure materials, tools, and schedules are in place.
- Maintain safety, organization, and clear communication with superintendents and GCs.
- Hold a State of Alabama Journeyman Electrician card with 6 years of industrial experience; proactive, hands-on leader who models excellence in the field.
Training & Schedule
- Arrive proficient as a Journeyman; ongoing in-house training and mentorship provided for continued growth.
- Four 10-hour shifts (Mon–Thu) with Friday overtime opportunities; field-based, local work across Central Alabama.
