Job Title: Retail Sales Associate (Omaha)
Location: Omaha, NE
Reports To: Retail Sales Manager
Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00 hrly, plus commission after 90 days

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help customers select products, learn about our offerings, and enjoy a positive shopping experience.
Purpose & Expectations
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent service, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining a clean and organized showroom, and supporting store operations. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to represent the company well during every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product education and answer questions clearly.
- Help customers select products that best meet their needs.
- Build relationships to support repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Sales & Product Knowledge
- Promote current sales, promotions, and product bundles.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of fireplaces, stone, casual furniture, grills, and outdoor living products.
- Store Operations
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising, product placement, and showroom readiness.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support team operations and assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work Saturdays with a day off during the week.
- Previous retail or commission‑based sales experience preferred
- Effective communication and people skills
- Computer and data entry skills; Microsoft and CRM experience preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Motivated and purposeful with a strong interest in sales
- Interest or knowledge in home improvement, outdoor furniture, and grills is a plus
