About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to coordinate and support the installation of gas, wood, and electric fireplaces across the Sioux Falls metro area. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate fireplace installation schedules with contractors, builders, and homeowners.
- Work closely with our install crews and startup team to make sure jobs are well-prepped and on time.
- Communicate with city inspectors and assist with documentation or manufacturer clarifications.
- Support showroom operations once a month (evening hours).
- Occasionally assist with Saturday retail hours (every other week).
- Learn the technical side of fireplaces—no experience required, we’ll train you!
- Competitive pay: $40,000–$65,000 per year depending on experience
- Consistent hours: M–F 8am–5pm, no overnights, light evenings/weekends
