- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations using platforms like OpenTable or similar systems.
- Take accurate orders and process transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about the menu, specials, and dietary options.
- Assist in food preparation, food handling, and maintaining sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Support bartenders by serving drinks, upselling signature cocktails, and managing cash handling responsibilities.
- Ensure cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining spaces, and maintaining overall sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience, including supporting fine dining service when needed.
- Duties vary by position.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
