Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to ensure smooth, level surfaces
- Support rebar installation and placement according to project specifications and schematics
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and securing materials
- Prepare and set up formwork for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and stability
- Handle heavy lifting and material transportation around the site to maintain workflow efficiency
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and execute tasks accurately
- Drive company trucks to perform activities on a daily basis.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge for operating equipment like concrete mixers, pumps, and heavy machinery
- Construction estimating skills for understanding project scope and material needs
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
