We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Collector to assist our members in resolving outstanding balances while preserving positive relationships. This isn’t just about collecting payments — it’s about delivering solutions, building trust, and making an impact.
What You’ll Do
Contact customers regarding past-due accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence
Negotiate payment arrangements and provide tailored solutions
Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activity
Review accounts to identify trends and recommend next steps
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes and discrepancies
Meet or exceed monthly performance goals
What You Bring
1 year of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence handling objections and difficult conversations
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office experience a plus)
