Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food handling, packaging, and quick service operations to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Support kitchen operations by restocking supplies, managing food prep stations, and ensuring efficient workflow
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurants
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
