CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
=> Minimum 1 year as a shift leader/manager in either the restaurant or other industry where skills are transferable.
Availability
=> Have full 24/7 - 365 availability (including holidays) and able to work a minimum of 30 and 40 hours a week (up to 5 days a week).
=> Must be available to work night shift (3P-9:30P)
Knowledgeable And Experienced In Basic Shift Management
=> Superior Guest Service
=> Operational Standards for Excellence
=> Execution of Cleanliness Programs
=> Balanced Labor Management
=> No Compromise Cash and Product Controls
Able to learn and assist in management related functions
=> Team member selection, Training, Scheduling, Coaching, Performance reviews => Provide excellent guest service while maintaining highly disciplined brand operational standards
=> Sales building and community rapport
=> Meet profitability goals
Must supply at least two career references
Should reside within 20 miles of Slidell, La.
