A Team Member must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Subs. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people. Additional Requirements:
•• Must obtain Food Handlers license in first 30 days
• Able to learn menu with perfection
• Able to lift 30 pounds
• Able to work on your feet for several hours
• Move quickly and think fast
• Stay active and busy

• Ensure order accuracy and quality
