Firehouse Subs Crew Member

This position will be based at one of our five Firehouse Subs locations, depending on staffing needs and availability. Our current locations include:

• 8191 Brook Rd Ste A, Richmond, VA 23227
• 6300 Mechanicsville Tpke D, Mechanicsville, VA 23111
• 9069 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA 23228
• 11553 Busy St, North Chesterfield, VA 23236
• 4028 Cox Rd K, Glen Allen, VA 23060

Ability to have fun while making Sandwiches and Salad dishes. Fairly simple work environment. We don't have Fryers to clean, Grills or Griddles to scrub, no Hoods to clean....so none of that other grunt work you find in other restaurant environments....simple. Just Meat, Cheese and Bread.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Accountable for the preparation of the guest’s order.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner.
• Team player.

• Participates in all Firehouse Subs® Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
• Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
• Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift leader.
• Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
