Responsibilities include:
· Exceptional customer service
- Follow all food and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests
- Learn the preparation of offered menu and follows the Firehouse guidelines
Qualifications
*ServSafe recommended but will provide on the job if you don't have yet.

· Proven experience in staff training and management within a food service environment
- Strong background in hospitality and kitchen management
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Experience with food preparation and inventory control
- Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and fine dining standards
- Relevant experience in casual dining, catering, and banquet services
