Position: Cashier / Customer Service / Inventory Management
Location: W and E Tropicana Ave.
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (both available)
Overview:
MUST HAVE PRIOR SMOKE SHOP EXPERIENCE.
We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Customer Service Associate. This role is essential to our daily operations, requiring strong customer service skills, accurate transaction handling, and efficient inventory management to ensure the store runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE PRIOR SMOKE SHOP EXPERIENCE.
Customer Service:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Recommend items based on customer preferences and needs.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Cashier Duties:
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Scan merchandise and collect payments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and proper change.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and clearly display promotions.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Inventory Management:
- Receive, unpack, and label incoming merchandise.
- Stock shelves and keep displays neat and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and address discrepancies.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining proper stock levels.
Requirements:
- Previous smoke shop experience is required.
- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of smoke shop products is a plus.
