Job Overview
Firehouse Grill is seeking a dependable, motivated Cook to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in preparing quality food, and works well as part of a team.
This is an evening position with shifts starting at approximately 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM and ending after kitchen closing duties are completed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Assist with food prep and stocking throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during busy dinner service
- Complete kitchen closing and cleanup duties
Qualifications
- Restaurant or cooking experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Schedule
- Part-time
- Evening shifts
- Start time approximately 3:00–4:00 PM
- Shifts end after closing duties are completed
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
