We're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Maternal Health Program and provide meaningful support to families throughout Southwest Iowa.
Compensation & Schedule
- $30.00 - $33.50 per hour
- Additional $2.00 per hour bilingual differential (English/Spanish)
- Full-time position
- Hybrid schedule with limited remote flexibility
- Up to 41 paid days off annually
As a Community Health Registered Nurse, you'll work directly with expectant and new parents by providing education, assessments, care coordination, and community resource support.
Responsibilities Include
- Conduct maternal and child health assessments
- Provide prenatal and postpartum education
- Develop individualized care plans
- Support families through case management services
- Connect clients with healthcare and community resources
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners
- Travel throughout Southwest Iowa to serve participating families
- Active Iowa RN License or Compact RN License
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Public health experience
- Maternal-child health experience
- Home visitation experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish - preferred
