Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Event Coordinator to help grow Firefly’s presence through engaging community and trade events. This role combines event planning with direct customer engagement, making it a great fit for someone who thrives in both organizational and people-focused environments.
The Event Coordinator will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing events that showcase Firefly’s home solutions. In addition, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador at events, engaging attendees, generating leads, and occasionally supporting our lead development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent Firefly Construction Group at events as a knowledgeable and approachable brand ambassador.
- Plan, organize, and execute trade shows, community outreach events, and other marketing activities.
- Conduct engaging presentations on Firefly’s wide range of home solutions.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, event setup, and teardown.
- Input and maintain accurate customer information, appointment details, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Support the lead development team by qualifying inbound leads when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in event planning, customer service, or sales support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by events.
- Reliable transportation to and from events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Comfortable lifting 25 lbs for event setup when needed.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
