🌟 Your Role

This hybrid position blends patient communication and chairside care. You’ll guide new patients through their smile journey, present treatment options, and help create the positive, engaging experience that Firefly is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome new patients and families with warmth and enthusiasm

Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly and confidently

Discuss payment and insurance options in a supportive, transparent way

Take records (photos, intraoral scans)

Create and share fun, engaging social media content

Help strengthen relationships with referring dental offices and community partners (schools, sports teams, churches etc) and create relationships with dental offices we would like to work with

Support our Firefly patient family through connection, events, and communication

Assist the orthodontist chair side as needed

Help manage scheduling and patient follow-up

Keep accurate notes in Dolphin Management software

💫 Who You Are

Positive, dependable, and team-oriented

Excellent communicator with strong organization skills

Creative and comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc.)

Loves helping people feel confident about their smiles

Enjoys building relationships with patients and referring offices

Comfortable multitasking in a busy, upbeat office

Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred

RDA or orthodontic assistant experience a plus
