Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and hands-on individuals to join our team as Drone Technicians. In this role, you will help manufacture, assemble, and repair the drones and equipment that make our shows possible—including drones, batteries, chargers, and ground stations. You will also assist with testing and show productions by setting up equipment, preparing drones, and supporting our team in the field. No prior experience is necessary—everything will be taught. What matters most is your willingness to learn, attention to detail, and pride in doing things the right way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, and maintain drones and related equipment.
- Build and repair batteries, chargers, and ground stations.
- Assist with testing and evaluation of drones and systems.
- Support show productions by setting up equipment, preparing drones, and helping with site setup/teardown.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Follow build procedures, checklists, and safety protocols.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with documenting build processes and improvements.
- Support troubleshooting and repairs on equipment returned from the field.
Requirements:
- No prior drone experience required—training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
- Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and computers.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience with electronics, assembly work, or hobbyist drones.
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
