We're hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to join Firefighters Community Credit Union! This position will be based in our Downtown Cleveland branch and will float to other branches as needed.

This ideal team member will coordinate personnel activities under the guidance of the branch manager and be involved in developing staff to the next level. The ideal teammate will also serve members who need help with complex products and services. Good credit is important to us, as we are a financial institution.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the branch manager and/or Chief Retail Officer to develop, train, coach, and motivate branch personnel
- Assist members with account openings, loan applications, and other complex products and services. Also assist other team members with technical problems and questions related to complicated products and services.
- Adapt to various branch situations to ensure members are served efficiently and with a smile
Qualifications
- One to three years of similar or related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to solicit cooperation from others and build relationships
- Ability to travel to different offices
Other
- Physical requirements include moving frequently and regularly using wrists, hands, and or fingers; speaking clearly, hearing and understanding; visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents; should be able to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
