Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-hosts to plan, script, and develop engaging podcast episodes aligned with the show’s theme and audience interests
• Conduct interviews and facilitate discussions that are insightful, lively, and well-structured
• Manage all stages of post-production including editing audio using tools like Adobe Premiere and Audition to ensure clarity and professionalism
• Create visual content for social media platforms using Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to promote upcoming episodes
• Write compelling show notes, episode summaries, and promotional copy that attract listeners across various channels
• Oversee social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing audience feedback to optimize content strategy
• Translate or interpret content as needed to reach bilingual audiences or expand global reach
• Maintain organized records of recordings, edits, scripts, and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of episodes

Experience

• Proven experience in audio/video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere or similar tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through clear and dynamic dialogue
• Excellent writing skills for scripting, show notes, social media posts, and technical documentation
• Familiarity with social media management platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Knowledge of video production techniques including filming, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing
• Experience in journalism or storytelling that emphasizes interpretation and factual accuracy
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching broader audiences or translating content effectively
• Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere) for creating promotional visuals and editing media content
