Fireblast Global is a niche manufacturer specializing in live fire training simulators that deliver realistic, hands-on training for firefighters and emergency responders. Our products are used by over 1,000 fire departments, as well as military and educational institutions across the U.S. and beyond. In addition to our training systems, we provide contract manufacturing solutions to a diverse set of industries. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Marketing and Sales Operations Coordinator will take ownership of our day-to-day marketing efforts while supporting our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business administration, marketing, and sales operations. This position will be responsible for the company B2B marketing activities and will assist with lead tracking and customer communication.
Responsibilities
Marketing
- Plan and execute basic marketing initiatives such as email outreach and campaigns.
- Create and update marketing materials.
- Manage and maintain the company website, including updates to content, images, and project highlights.
- Own and manage company presence on relevant Social Media platforms.
- Generate content and copy for marketing avenues.
- Assist in the execution of tradeshows and business development opportunities.
- Track and report on marketing performance (website traffic, engagement, lead sources).
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
- Research new market opportunities.
- Develop clear product knowledge.
Sales Operations
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Conduct cold calls and assist in qualifying leads.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and customer-facing materials.
- Update CRM with leads, customer data, and sales activity.
- Help prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Assist in documenting internal processes and improving workflows.
Additional Requirements
- Occasional/limited travel to business development events and tradeshows, including at odd hours or over weekends.
- Maintain full compliance with company policies and procedures and conduct all activities in accordance with the Fireblast Guide to Business Conduct.
- Support the organization’s goals and values.
- Support Lean and 5S initiatives.
- Participate in daily continuous improvement projects.
- Perform other related duties as required.
