The second floor doubles as a nightlife hub with local DJs and is also available for private events and corporate gatherings, accommodating up to 150 people.
Role Description
The Front of House Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant's front-of-house team. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, training employees, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, maintaining the cleanliness and atmosphere of the space, and collaborating on promotional and sales strategies. The manager will also handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and support smooth event execution. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Detroit, MI.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with guests and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Experience with Training and developing front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service
- Basic skills to manage execution of private events
- Leadership and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 2 years Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred
- Knowledge of Toast POS is a must
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends
