About the Role:
Fire Brands is looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to help shape the visual language of our growing portfolio of functional beverage and snack brands. This role blends creativity with strategy — crafting compelling visual experiences across digital, print, and experiential platforms. Will be based out of office in Weston, Florida.
Design Expertise
- Produce visually striking and on-brand designs for digital assets, presentations, marketing collateral, trade show support, and other branded materials.
- Translate brand strategy into innovative design concepts that align with our creative direction and project goals.
- Uphold and evolve Fire Brands' visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all creative executions.
- Develop and refine creative for cross-channel campaigns, telling a cohesive story across digital, social, print, and in-person activations.
- Design and optimize website layouts that are both visually engaging and user-friendly, incorporating modern design trends.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are not only beautiful but functional and SEO-aligned.
- Utilize basic HTML skills to support email design and development.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Figma to produce clean, scalable digital assets.
- Apply working knowledge of short-form animation for marketing and social content.
- Present creative work to internal stakeholders with clear design rationale, backed by competitive research.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain output quality.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams — including marketing, communications, and leadership — to understand goals and deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Work independently with broad creative direction while maintaining open lines of communication with senior leadership.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships across departments and business units.
What You'll Bring
- A passion for staying on top of design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Hands-on experience in digital design across multiple formats.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and/or HubSpot preferred.
- Required: Proficiency in Figma.
- Exceptional communication, proofreading, and editing skills — with a sharp eye for color, typography, and detail.
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to balance long-term creative projects and fast-turnaround tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and brand work.
- Confidence presenting creative ideas and collaborating in a team-driven environment.
