YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
YOUR DAY
As our Fire Safety Engineer - FPE, you will start your day by reviewing and developing fire protection designs to ensure compliance with NFPA, IBC, and local codes. You'll perform thorough hazard assessments and provide code consultation, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and AHJs throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will also include developing performance-based design alternatives and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, elevating fire safety standards in every project.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Degree in fire protection engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering field
A NICET certification and experience with CAD are preferred for this position.
