Job Title: B2B Sales Representative – NFPA 25 Inspections

Location: McAllen, TX (Office-based with travel to prospective client sites)

Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and forward-thinking B2B Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in connecting with property owners of buildings equipped with fire sprinkler systems, ensuring they receive the highest quality NFPA 25 inspection services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Qualify Leads:
  • Identify and connect with property owners and facility managers in need of NFPA 25 inspections, ensuring a thorough understanding of their requirements.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by clearly articulating the benefits of our inspection services and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Field Verification:
  • Conduct on-site visits to verify the types and quantities of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring accurate assessments and tailored recommendations.
  • Territory Management:
  • Effectively manage the designated region, maintaining a strategic presence from Corpus Christi to Brownsville to Laredo.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the technical team to align service offerings with client needs, ensuring smooth execution of inspection services.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, on-site visits, and client feedback in our CRM. Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including contacts made, quality contacts, and conversion rates, to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Prior B2B sales experience is beneficial. Experience in the fire protection industry is an asset, but not required.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with high-level decision-makers.
  • Travel:
  • Willingness to travel to client sites within the designated area as needed.
  • Self-Motivation:
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through independent work and proactive prospecting.
  • Technical Acumen:
  • Familiarity with NFPA standards and fire sprinkler systems is advantageous, with a readiness to learn and adapt to evolving industry practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation:
  • Enjoy a competitive base pay coupled with commission during the first 90 days. Beyond this introductory period, commissions are uncapped, offering unlimited earning potential.
  • Work Environment:
  • Based in our McAllen office, the role provides a structured office environment with the flexibility to work in the field when visiting prospective clients.
  • Reporting and Performance:
  • You will report directly to the Sales Manager. Your success will be measured by KPIs including the number of contacts made, quality contacts, and conversions from those contacts.
