Fire N' Stone is a family owned and operated full service stove shop and chimney service business that has been voted the Lakes Regions #1 choice when it comes to Hearth and Chimney for 15 years running.
We are looking for career minded individuals looking to join our team immediately.
As a Gas Fireplace Service & Installation Technician your will be performing gas appliance service and diagnostics, appliance installations including the required vent systems, as well as in the field sales of our products and services that are found to be needed. This position requires a high level of customer service and communication skills, ability to perform on the road sales, and the ability to figure things out and solve problems with materials available to our industry while adhering to code and safety standards.
NH STATE GAS FITTERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED (minimum of hearth fitters classification),
CSIA and/or NFI Certification as well as construction experience is a big plus though not required immediately. Vocational experience and/or previous in home service technician experience preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude provided they meet the minimum experience requirement.

Position Requirements:
- Experience working in the Chimney/Hearth and/or Gas Appliance Service/Installation Industry a plus but not required
- NH State Gas Fitters License (minimum of hearth fitters classification)
- Motivated team player with ability to problem solve
- Able to lift 80lbs
- Valid driver's license w/clean record
- CSIA and NFI certifications a plus but not required to start but passing both will be required for ongoing employment
- Medical card a plus but not required.
- Drug free
PAY SCALE - $65,000-$110,000 per year based on skill and efficiency.
This is an employee position operating with complete company insurances and transportation and tools provided by Fire N' Stone. Our work week is Monday thru Friday with a start time of 7am. We work only a handful of Saturdays throughout the year if needed to meet deadlines and we never work Sundays or Holidays.
