YOUR DAY:

As our Gas Fireplace Installer - Service Technician, you'll start your day at 7:00 AM, review your schedule, and head out in company-provided transportation with the tools you need; on-site, you'll conduct gas appliance service and diagnostics, install appliances with the required vent systems, and apply code and safety standards to every job; you'll communicate clearly with homeowners, recommend the right products/services when needs arise, and use the materials at your disposal to solve problems on the spot-closing out the day knowing your expertise kept a home safe and warm.

You'll have a full-time Monday through Friday schedule. We work a handful of Saturdays per year to meet tight deadlines, but never any Sundays or holidays!

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• NH State Gas Fitters License (minimum of hearth fitters classification)
• Physical ability to lift 80 lbs.
• Motivated team player with the ability to problem-solve
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Not required to have, but a plus:

• Experience working in the chimney/hearth and/or gas appliance service/installation industry
• CSIA and NFI certifications (or willingness to attain-required for ongoing employment)
• Medical card
• Construction experience
• In-home service technician experience
• Vocational training
