Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled Assembly professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform tasks defined by job instructions for various manufacturing processes
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and process non-conformances utilizing Epicor NC system
- Provide timely and accurate recording of production data in Epicor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve established company goals
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Position Outcomes/Objectives and Standards of Performance
- Meet or exceed daily production quotas set by Plant Manager/Supervisor
- Work towards meeting all daily production standards
- Ensure work is conducted in a healthy and safe manner
- Follow health & safety rules and consistently demonstrate correct use of equipment
- Maintain high level of quality for customer orders
- Follow established processes & guidelines to ensure quality standards
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with organizational values
- Consistently follow company policies and procedures
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Team player
- Detail oriented, focused on quality
- Previous assembly experience an asset
- Experience with hand, power, and pneumatic tools
- Able to read and use measuring tools (e.g. tape measure)
- Able to read, understand and follow instructions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to use good judgment and decision making
- Excellent attendance history
Compensation
Starting at $17.32 per hour
Salary : $17
