Duties
- Travel to customer sites nationwide to perform diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance and new installations on industrial fire suppression systems.
- Utilize blueprints/schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues accurately
- Perform tasks and assembly of parts as needed using power tools and hand tools
- Low voltage knowledge is required.
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection reports for each job performed
- Ensure safety standards are met during all repair and work activities .
Experience
- Proven service technician experience with a strong background in mechanical repair and diagnostics
- Hands-on experience with low voltage electrical, PLC knowledge, fire suppression , conduit applications in industrial environments
- Familiarity with with lifts.
- Strong mechanical ability
- Customer service experience with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
