Experienced Pizza Cook

FireKing Pizza is looking for an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who understands the pace and standards of a busy pizza kitchen and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality food.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to FireKing Pizza recipes and standards
- Properly stretch, press, top, and bake pizza dough
- Prepare and portion toppings, sauces, cheeses, and other ingredients
- Operate pizza ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain consistent food quality, portion sizes, and presentation
- Prepare fried foods and other menu items as needed
- Keep the pizza station clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep, closing duties, and general kitchen operations
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
Qualifications
- Previous pizza-cooking experience required
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or pizza kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of pizza preparation, dough handling, toppings, and oven operation
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
What We're Looking For

Compensation
Pay is based on experience and skill level.
Candidates with strong pizza-making, dough-handling, oven, and high-volume kitchen experience may qualify for higher starting pay.
