What You'll Do
- Greet every guest with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality.
- Take accurate customer orders in person, by phone, and through our POS system.
- Recommend menu items, specials, and upsell when appropriate.
- Prepare beverages, package orders, and ensure every order is complete and accurate.
- Deliver food to guests with a positive attitude and a sense of urgency.
- Keep the dining room clean, stocked, and inviting throughout the day.
- Bus tables, sanitize surfaces, and maintain a clean front-of-house environment.
- Restock cups, napkins, sauces, drinks, and other guest-facing supplies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and organization.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure fast, accurate service.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and help create positive outcomes.
- Represent the Fire King Pizza brand with professionalism and pride.

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
