Job Overview
The Guest Services Specialist is the first point of contact for every guest, setting the tone for the entire Fire & Ice experience. We are looking for an energetic, welcoming professional who is passionate about wellness with excellent organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Hospitality & Service: Proactively engage with guests in the common and transitional areas to answer questions and requests.
- Equipment Check & Supplies: Conduct routine checks of sauna temperature, cold plunge water levels, and overall equipment function. Ensure all locker rooms, showers, and restroom amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion, etc.) are consistently stocked and tidy.
- Cleanliness Protocol: Maintain continuous oversight of all guest areas.
- Towel Management: Collect, wash, dry, fold and restock all facility towels efficiently and continuously throughout the shift.
- Safety Management: Oversee the guest environment to ensure adherence to House Rules and safety guidelines, managing non-critical situations with tact and professionalism.
Experience
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or spa preferred).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Passion for health, wellness, or recovery is highly desirable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
