Pay and Compensation
- Base Pay: Starting at $18 per hour
- Performance Bonuses: Earn additional pay based on team and individual performance
- Customer Tips: Keep 100 percent of tips earned
- Typical Total Earnings: Many team members earn $20 to $26 per hour total compensation

What You Will Do
- Perform residential and commercial junk removal services

Requirements
- Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather
- Valid driver license
- Clean driving record
- Must meet company insurance requirements (21 )
- Reliable transportation to reporting location

- Moving, labor, warehouse, construction, or delivery experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles
