Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food items following established procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating time management skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, and food preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and individually
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and team members
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
