These efforts are crucial for generating direct awareness for the 1-800-BOARDUP program and for contributing valuable funds to esteemed charitable organizations such as the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, Firefighter Cancer Support Network, Project Fire Buddies, and F.O.O.L.S. International.

Each Director is required to make 40-60 marketing touches per week and make approximately $1 million in revenue as a lead generator.
  • On-Scene Disaster Response & Victim Support: Provide immediate and compassionate on-scene response, which encompasses offering critical rest and recovery assistance to firefighters. This also includes direct victim assistance, such as the secure storage of valuables and the efficient provision of hotel and meal vouchers, requiring rapid decision-making in high-stress environments.
  • Customer Transition Management: Collaborate effectively with company Estimator/Sales personnel to ensure a seamless and supportive transition for customers, maintaining engagement and oversight until a robust level of comfort and trust has been firmly established. This involves exercising independent judgment in facilitating customer satisfaction.
  • Emergency Services Outreach & Education: Initiate and cultivate strategic relationships with fire departments and other emergency service agencies to provide in-depth education regarding the Company’s BOARDUP program and its victim assistance capabilities. This requires a high degree of autonomy in scheduling and delivering educational content.
  • Community Engagement & Fundraising: Actively participate in, and potentially lead aspects of, local charity fundraising events. The objective is to significantly enhance direct awareness of the BOARDUP program and to maximize fundraising contributions for our partner charities.
  • Additional Duties: Execute other duties as may be assigned by the Company at its sole discretion.
