Position Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated Wok Cook to join our fast casual kitchen team. You’ll be the heartbeat of our cookline—preparing vibrant, made-to-order dishes with skill, speed, and consistency. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items using wok techniques, maintaining recipe accuracy and portion control
• Prepare and marinate proteins and vegetables for seamless service
• Monitor cooking temperatures and times to ensure food quality and safety
• Plate each order with speed, accuracy, and attention to presentation standards
• Keep your station organized, sanitized, and fully stocked throughout service
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to manage ticket times and smooth workflow
• Assist with daily prep, inventory counts, and FIFO rotation
• Comply with all food safety regulations, including temperature logs and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably handling wok or stir-fry stations
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and maintain composure during peak hours
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Food Handler’s certification or willingness to obtain one immediately
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
