Fircrest Senior Living, a 82-apartment Assisted Living/Memory Care residence for seniors in McMinnville, seeks a full-time Business Office Manager to perform Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable duties in addition to running the front office and greeting residents, staff, and visitors. Knowledge and successful experience of P/R and A/R is required. The ability to maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively, professionally, and compassionately with residents, families, agencies, and staff is critical.
The successful candidate will enjoy a sense of teamwork in a caring environment and be able to calmly handle interruptions and juggle multiple priorities.
