Property Manager – 330 Units
FIRCO LLC | Middletown, OH | Full-Time
FIRCO LLC is a family-owned real estate investment firm managing 330 units (cabins, apartments, RV lots, residential hotels, and more). We’re hiring an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across the portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage tenants, maintenance, and property operations
- Handle move-ins/move-outs, issues, and daily communication
- Keep systems organized and operations running efficiently
What We Need:
- Prior property management experience (required)
- Ability to work 50 hours/week across 6 days
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel, DoorLoop or similar systems
Compensation:
Pay based on experience (higher pay for stronger candidates). Flexible hourly or salary structure.
