Program
Fir Lane Care offers a 4-week CNA program onsite with 2 weeks of classroom time, followed by 2 weeks of clinicals at our sister center in Olympia. Our 2 amazing CNA Instructors are here every day and will help you through the program. Not only is tuition fully covered, but your NAR license and state test fees are all paid too! We are a state testing site so you can test in the classroom where you did your training!
We assist with test preparation and skills lab and you will be offered a full-time position in our center once you complete your clinicals. Straight out of class we offer $20/hour and once licensed it goes up to $22/hour. We offer flexible schedules, shift differentials and benefits including health/dental/vision/life/401k. Compensation for roles at Fir Lane Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
Pay Range: $20.00 once licensed
Salary : $20 - $22
