We are a fast-growing data analytics and AI consulting company supporting global biopharmaceutical and life sciences organizations. Our service towers include Business Intelligence (BI), Data Engineering, and AI/ML, with a strong 24×5 global managed services delivery model.
We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will lead our global data operations managed services, drive execution excellence across BI & Data Engineering projects, and partner closely with client senior leadership to ensure predictable delivery, high quality, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead global delivery for Data Operations Managed Services ensuring adherence to SLAs/KPIs, operational stability, and proactive service improvements
Manage and execute new BI and Data Engineering initiatives, enhancements, and modernization projects
Drive sprint planning, release management, and capacity planning across onshore and offshore teams
Provide delivery governance, run MBR/QBR, stakeholder reporting, and scorecards at Director/VP/C-Suite level
Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes using ITIL best practices
Ensure strong collaboration between business, engineering, QA, DevOps, and support teams
Build and maintain runbooks, SOPs, KB articles, and automation frameworks
Identify efficiency opportunities through automation, DevOps, and monitoring
Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and cross-vendor coordination
Partner with clients to understand priorities and align delivery plans to business outcomes
Manage forecasts, budgets, utilization, SOWs, and financial governance
Coach, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams distributed across time zones
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience leading delivery for Data / BI / Analytics / AI platforms
Strong background in managed services and project delivery execution
Demonstrated experience running 24×5 onshore/offshore support models
Solid understanding of data engineering pipelines, ETL, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), SQL, and BI reporting lifecycle
Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence
Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills
Proven success managing SLAs, KPIs, risk management, RCA & CAPA
Experience working in life sciences, biopharma, or healthcare (preferred)
Preferred Experience
Experience working with Snowflake, Glue, Talend, or equivalent data platforms
BI experience: Power BI, Qlik, Tableau
ITIL, PMP/PMI-ACP, PSM/CSM
