AI Solution Lead – Life Sciences AI (Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Solution Lead to drive the successful identification, prioritization, delivery, and adoption of AI solutions across our client organizations.

This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and AI delivery teams, helping transform business challenges into practical AI, Data Science, Analytics, and Generative AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate combines strong business engagement skills, AI solution experience, stakeholder management, and a passion for solving complex business problems through technology.

This is not a project management role. We are looking for someone who can engage business leaders, understand business challenges, identify opportunities for AI, and work closely with AI architects, data scientists, and engineers to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Engagement & Solution Discovery

• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, priorities, and opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI, Data Science, Analytics, and Generative AI use cases.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology teams.
• Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on AI opportunities and solution approaches.

AI Solution Leadership

• Translate business requirements into solution recommendations and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with AI Architects, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Teams to design and deliver AI solutions.
• Define business objectives, success metrics, and expected outcomes.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
• Support solution reviews, demonstrations, user feedback sessions, and business acceptance activities.

Delivery & Adoption

• Drive initiatives from concept through implementation and user adoption.
• Coordinate across business and technical teams to ensure successful execution.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, change management, and rollout activities.
• Monitor solution adoption, business impact, and value realization.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and expansion.

AI Innovation & Strategy

• Stay current with emerging AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI technologies.
• Recommend innovative approaches to solve business challenges.
• Contribute to AI strategy, governance, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in AI Solutions, Machine Learning, Data Science, Analytics, AI Product Ownership, Solution Consulting, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
• Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Analytics, or Generative AI initiatives.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution definition skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, and Technical Teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept through deployment and business adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Clinical, Research, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Assistants, Intelligent Automation, or Generative AI solutions.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting environments.
• Familiarity with cloud and modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience managing portfolios of AI or analytics initiatives.
