Summary of Position:
The Server is responsible for selling and serving to our guests in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. This role will create an exceptional dining experience for our guests every time. The server will have knowledge of the food and beverage selections that Fiorella's has to offer.

➢ Enhance the dining experience for our guests by being able to make appropriate suggestions/recommendations with my menu knowledge of each dish (ingredients and preparation).
➢ Maintain an effective working knowledge of the POS system to ensure that guests' food and beverage orders are entered accurately and in a timely manner.
➢ Accurately and promptly prepares and receives guests payments and all transactions.
➢ Be responsible for supporting and executing Fiorella's marketing promotions and birthday club.
➢ Inform guests of new products, promotions and specials.
➢ Maintain positive and effective communication among team members regarding all relevant information, special considerations or concerns pertaining to guests.
➢ Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to the manager on duty.
➢ Communicate health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.
➢ Pre-bus and/or prep table before and after every course; removing unnecessary items & empties from guests' table.
➢ Make sure the front of the house is clean and orderly at all times.
➢ Maintain a constant flow of dishes, glassware, trays and linens in and out of the kitchen and dining room.
➢ Adhere to the restaurant guidelines of food, safety, and sanitation provided by the health department.
➢ Understand all policies, procedures, and service standards of the restaurant.
➢ Attend all informational and team building meetings to continue expanding my knowledge and skills.
➢ Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
