Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dealership Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage dealership financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will posses strong communication skills, a passion for accuracy and efficiency, and an ability to follow instructions. This is a full time, in person position. Monday through Friday. No weekends. Background checks will be performed for potential candidates.
Duties
- Manage accounts receivable processes using our dealership management system.
- Perform submissions for funding of deals.
- Strong communication skills as this position communicates and works with every department in the dealership as well as customers.
- Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconcile dealership accounting reports accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent numeracy skills coupled with attention to detail and accuracy in account analysis
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and balance sheet management effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
