Fiore Caffe Miami is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to support its kitchen team and maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized working environment. This role is important to daily breakfast, brunch, and lunch operations, ensuring that dishes, cookware, and utensils are continuously available for the kitchen and service staff. The ideal candidate works efficiently, follows sanitation procedures, and contributes to a cooperative restaurant team.
Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort and store clean dishes and cookware in designated locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout each shift.
- Clean kitchen surfaces, sinks, floors, and designated equipment as needed.
- Remove food waste and dispose of trash according to restaurant procedures.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and restocking tasks when required.
- Handle cleaning products safely and follow sanitation instructions.
- Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify the supervisor when items need replenishing.
- Follow food-safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Help prepare the kitchen for opening and complete closing cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent cleanliness standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
- Strong attention to sanitation, organization, and safety.
- Previous dishwasher, kitchen helper, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

- Availability for morning, weekend, and other scheduled shifts.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 per week
