The Opportunity
An elite, deep-learning focused HFT are hiring Microstructure & Monetization HFT Quant Researchers across London, NYC and India.
What You’ll Do
- Monetise core deep-learning alpha via efficient execution across futures & options across a range of asset classes, markets and exchanges
- Build/refine execution logic: routing, order placement, slippage/latency sensitivity, and live optimisation
- Translate predictive signals into scalable PnL by integrating research outputs into production-grade strategies
- Microstructure L3 analysis: order book dynamics, PnL attribution, drift diagnosis, and continuous improvements
Requirements
- 5 years in HFT / Market-Making
- Proven execution alpha / monetisation track record
- Strong grasp of L3 data, microstructure, order books, short-horizon modelling
- Strong coding: C , comfortable working close to production systems
Ability to work in London London, NYC or Bangalore
