FIOBOC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our growing retail operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple aspects of retail management while supporting the continued expansion of our physical store network in California.

Responsibilities
• Support daily retail store operations and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Assist with new store opening projects, including operational setup, inventory preparation, vendor coordination, and store readiness activities
• Work closely with merchandising, marketing, operations, and store teams to support retail initiatives and in-store execution
• Monitor store performance metrics and assist with operational reporting, documentation, and process improvement
• Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders, store teams, and external partners
• Support recruitment activities, onboarding preparation, and scheduling coordination when needed
• Assist in resolving day-to-day operational challenges and contribute to problem-solving efforts
• Gain exposure to key areas of retail management, including sales operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, customer engagement, and team leadership
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; current students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong interest in fashion retail and customer experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Previous internship or work experience in retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer-facing industries is preferred
• Ability to work flexible retail schedules, including weekends and holidays as business needs require
