Digital Marketing Manager, eCommerce

The Digital Marketing Manager manages growing advertising funnels and builds remarkable eCommerce brands. You’ll ensure our four consumer companies maintain a healthy new customer acquisition funnel, finding opportunities to profitably grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING: You’ll fill our digital ad funnel from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat, finding new opportunities to profitably reach and convert our target audience. You’ll run weekly experiments testing new targeting, messaging and creative to convert new customers. 
• SEARCH ADVERTISING: Convert bottom of funnel traffic on Google, Amazon, Bing and Display networks. You will build a revenue attribution model that optimizes search campaigns for profitability. 
• CUSTOMER / SUBSCRIBER MARKETING: Expand our email and SMS engaged subscriber lists, then convert those subscribers into customers. You’ll also test new tactics to increase customer repeat order rates with growing product offerings. 
• CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION: You’ll find opportunities to optimize each brand’s marketing funnel, running experiments on ad platforms, our eCommerce websites and email / SMS marketing.
• NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES: Work with the product manager and executive team to launch new products and brands each month. We have an exciting product road map that you will bring to market!

Qualifications:

• 5 years in digital eCommerce marketing, managing social media and search ad campaigns.
• Experience producing ad creative and website improvements, with specialized freelancers.
• Must be available to work in person (Cool Springs - Franklin, TN) 5 days per week. 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual compensation range $90,000 - $105,000, plus opportunity for performance bonus.
