Key Responsibilit

• iesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requiremen
• ts.Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criter
• ia.Work with banks and internal stakeholders to understand payment processing nee
• ds.Support implementation of payment products across ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, and SWI
• FT.Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement walkthroug
• hs.Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SD
• LC.Support UAT, production issue analysis, and client escalatio
• ns.Conduct gap analysis and recommend product enhancemen
• ts.Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and payment regulatio

ns.
Required Qualificat

• ions10 years of experience in Banking or Payme
• nts.Strong Business Analyst understanding of ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT payment process
• ing.Knowledge of ISO 20022 payment messag
• ing.Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance crite
• ria.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodolog
• ies.Familiarity with JIRA and Conflue
• nce.Excellent communication and stakeholder management ski
