GSSI Holdings Inc, the parent company of Golden State Tech Inc., is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the firm’s strategic growth and operational development. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive leadership experience, a deep understanding of regulated financial services, and the ability to build and scale a high-performing organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior executive leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in RIA, broker-dealer, wealth management, or financial services preferred
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management capabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead overall corporate strategy and business development
- Oversee regulatory compliance and operational management
- Build and lead a high-performing executive and advisory team
- Develop strategic partnerships and growth initiatives
- Represent the firm with regulators, investors, and industry stakeholders
Compensation
