Commercial Portfolio Manager – Healthcare - Miami, FL
FinTrust Connect has partnered with a top regional U.S. Bank that is rapidly expanding its credit operations and looking to hire a Portfolio Manager to underwrite credit facilities for existing and
new customers of the healthcare industry in Miami, FL. This person will complete management responsibilities and will have a very good understanding of policies and procedures, authority levels and risk acceptance criteria.

Workplace (Remote, On-site, Hybrid): Hybrid in Miami, FL.
Function: Accurate credit risk rating, commercial underwriting, renewals, annual reviews,
modifications, and covenant testing.
Requirements:
• Experience in a commercial lending environment in a credit-oriented and underwriting
position.
• Experience underwriting complex new loan requests and modifications (Healthcare).
• Experience preparing effective packages for credit approval circulation and to present
packages to the required level of credit authority.
• Experience ensuring that credits are accurately risk rated and credits are properly
monitored and reported.
• Experience obtaining and monitoring various loan portfolio reports such as maturing
loans, past-due loans, annual reviews and proactively assist lenders with requisite action plans.
• Experience managing and tracking covenants, borrowing bases, A-R Ageing, etc. for
their accounts.
• Bachelor's degree and completion of a formal credit training program preferred.
Description:
• Underwrite new loan requests, renewals, annual reviews, and modifications.
• Interact with loan officers and borrowers to obtain necessary financial information and
coordinate all activities required to complete a credit package.
• Prepare effective packages for credit approval circulation and to present to the required
level of credit authority.
• Obtain and monitor various loan portfolio reports, such as Maturing Loans, Past-Due
Loans, Annual Reviews and proactively assist lenders with requisite action plans.
• Assure that credits are accurately risk rated and credits are properly monitored and
reported.
• Manage and track covenants/borrowing bases/A-R Ageing; etc. for their accounts.
• Conduct annual site visit and other tasks required to support assigned lenders.
